When you submit a booking enquiry via our reservation form, we collect the following personal data:

• First and last name
• E-mail address
• Phone number (optional)
• Postal address (optional)
• Requested arrival and departure dates
• Number of guests
• Message / special requests (optional)

Purpose of processing

Your data is used solely to process and manage your booking enquiry and for correspondence related to your reservation. We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law to fulfil the contract.

Retention period

Booking data is stored for the duration of the statutory retention periods (generally 7 years after the close of the booking year) and then deleted.

Legal basis

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (statutory retention obligations).

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics tools, tracking or third-party cookies. Only technically necessary data is processed.

Hosting

This website is hosted on a server within the EU. Server access data (IP address, date/time, requested page) is processed to ensure operation and deleted after 7 days at the latest.
